Fernando Mart\u00edn Socol<\/strong> was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1967 and has lived in Florida since his early childhood.<\/p>\n

During his student years in Miami, Fernando was nourished by the multiculturalism of a city that unselfishly shelters citizens from all latitudes of the world.<\/p>\n

When he graduated in 1999 from St. Thomas University School of Law with the title of Juris Doctor (JD), Fernando began a meritorious professional career.<\/p>\n

His time at prestigious American law firms such as Bratter Krieger and Adorno & Yoss allowed him to perfect his skills in the practice of US immigration laws, to the point that today he is the managing partner of his own law firm: Fernando Socol PA.<\/p>\n

In addition to having been distinguished with the Florida’s Rising Stars in Immigration Law in 1999, Fernando has been a speaker on numerous occasions in seminars on how to do business in the US in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, and Ecuador.<\/p>\n

The Socol attorney’s management focuses essentially on the creation of individual strategies for entrepreneurs, investors or foreign professionals that lead to obtaining the appropriate immigration status for each circumstance, including the cases of the EB-5 type of investor visas.<\/p>\n

Mr. Socol is an active member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).<\/p>\n
