Intra-corporate transfer of personnel to perform as manager or executive and establishment of a new company in the USA.

This L-1 Visa is used for the internal transfer of management of a International corporation resulting in the relocation to the affiliate or Subsidiary business office in the US. The management member to be transfer have to have held the position for at least one year within the three years previous to the application.

When the L-1 Visa is granted is only for one year and allows the client to work in the new company. The extension of this visa are directly requested to the US. Immigration office.
